Instructions for Participants

Who can participate:- Student pursuing any UG or PG degree program from recognized university.


Topics:- Any one of the following topics
1. Freedom of speech – where is the Laxman Rekha?
अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता – लक्ष्मण रेखा कहाँ है?


2. Democracy and Corporatocracy – where does the power lie?
लोकतंत्र और निगमतंत्र - शक्ति कहाँ है?


3. Indian media – ruled by noise or ruled by law?
भारतीय मीडिया - शोर से शासित या कानून द्वारा शासित?


4. Is Indian cinema ignoring our roots?
क्या भारतीय सिनेमा हमारी जड़ों को अनदेखी कर रहा है?


5. Dynasty – the untold truth of every political party
वंशवाद - हर राजनीतिक दल का अनकहा सच


6. Uniform Civil Code – An idea whose time has come
समान नागरिक संहिता - एक विचार जिसका समय आ गया है?


How to apply:
i) Record 3 minutes’ speech on any one of the above topics. Ensure good sound and picture quality.
ii) Record 2 minutes’ video of yours containing information about your work, studies, family background, achievements, hobbies etc
iii) Write the topic of the speech in the Subject Matter of the email
iv) Also Attach a) College/University Identity Card, b) Registration proof of the 12 th BCS
v) Mention your Whats App mobile number in the email
vi) Email both the videos on spo.sog@mitwpu.edu.in


Languages:- Hindi or English


Last Date of submission of video speech:- 27 th August 2022
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the offline screening test on 13 th /14 th September at the MITWPU, Pune
*Juries decision will be final
* Selected participants will be informed through email.
