Dear delegate,

We heartily welcome you to the ‘ 10th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad’, which will be held between 20th Feb 2020 and 23rd Feb 2020 at Vigyan Bhavan, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi, India.

In order to facilitate your visit and to make it as memorable and hassle free as possible, please go through this brochure created to ease your visit.


Due to security matters at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, participants are not allowed to bring any bags/luggage to the venue. The participants need to check into their designated accommodation and keep all the belongings there. Participants carrying bags/luggage at the venue will not be allowed to enter. Please keep checking your mail or SMS for any important instructions from BCS office..

The registration for this event will happen exclusively online and on a first come first serve basis only. No spot registration entries are accepted or entertained. Due to limited capacity and being a special edition of BCS, the conclave attracts students leaders from across India. Registration link is

We will be providing excellent vegetarian food for all our participants. Meal vouchers (excluding dinner) will be provided at the venue against your registration.

There will be student volunteers available throughout the conference venue, on all days and at all times. Please feel free to contact them for any aid that you may require.


Participants attending the conference are required to be dressed either in Western or Indian formal attire.

Please note that we follow a zero tolerance policy against tobacco and alcohol products on event sites.
